I think the bay area alianza latino americana list is more active, has a
more dedicated full time person to respond to calls and a more active
hotline response system at this point in time.

I don't know how responsive our migrawatch hotline is... In addition to
sending out an email to the hotline list, public announce and indybay..
the person carrying the phone should know to pass on the info to alianza
